This young man came to us complaining that his front teeth were to long. At first glance you may agree. However, following a thorough examination we determined the problem was actually the lateral incisors. They were too short, leaving a dark space when he smiled.

We did a mock-up with bonding to confirm our diagnosis, and then we bleached his teeth and restored his laterals with veneers. My lab of 25 years loves these cases because it challenges their creative ability to match these multi colored teeth. They did a great job and the patient and his fiancé were ecstatic! No more dark spaces in his smile.

This patient wanted to close the spaces between her upper front teeth with braces, hoping it would be short and minor correction with Invisalign.

We sent her records in for a work up and they could not close the spaces without major orthodontic treatment including the lower.

The patient allowed us to mock up her teeth with temporary bonding to see what they would look like with veneers. She loved the mock up and when we completed the veneers she was over-joyed! And you can see why.
